Shriya will be back in Mollywood for yet another innings, and this time the southern siren will be splitting screen time with Malayalam heartthrob Prithviraj. The film has been titled ‘Hero and Deepan will be calling the shots for this picture.
While some sections of the media had reported that Trisha will be roped in for this film which might have proved her launch pad to Mollywood, this has not materialized because of lack of dates available from the actress. But Trisha recently stated in an interview that she is open to do films in Malayalam as well as Hindi (apart from Tamil of course) if she gets good roles to perform.
Now this project with Prithvi and Shriya in the lead will take off sometime in November. This will be the second film the audience will see this pair on the silver screen, the first being ‘Pokkiri Raja’ which had Mega Star Mammootty in it.
